Translation
“O Allah, I ask You for all good, sooner and later, what I know of it and what I do not know. I seek refuge in You from all evil, sooner and later, what I know of it and what I do not know. O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your slave and Prophet has asked You for, and I seek refuge in You from the evil from which Your slave and Prophet sought refuge. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and for every word or deed that brings one closer to it, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire and from every word or deed that brings one closer to it. And I ask You to make every decree that You decree concerning me good.”

Source & authenticity
Source: Hadith/Dhikr
Reference: Sunan Ibn Mājah 3846
Authenticity: Sahih
Ibn Mājah 3846 is graded ṣaḥīḥ by Darussalam and by Ibn Ḥibbān and al‑Ḥākim; it is one of the most comprehensive prophetic supplications for all forms of good and protection from all forms of evil. Caution: It is long and easy to truncate; if only part is quoted (for example just the Jannah/Fire segment), it should be clearly labeled as an excerpt from a longer dua.
