Asking for Jannah and Refuge from Hell

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi jahannam, wa min ʿadhābi al-qabr, wa min fitnati al-maḥyā wa al-mamāt, wa min sharri fitnati al-masīḥ ad-dajjāl.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, from the punishment of the grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil trial of the False Messiah.

Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina ‘adhab an-nar

Our Lord, give us good in this world, good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the Fire.

Ya Muqallibal-qulub, thabbit qalbi ‘ala dinik

O Turner of hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.

Rabbanā wasiʿta kulla shay’i-r-raḥmata-w-wa ʿilmā, fa-ghfir lil-ladhīna tābū wa-t-tabaʿū sabīlaka wa qihim ʿadhābal-jaḥīm. Rabbanā wa adkhil-hum jannāti ʿadnini-l-latī wa-ʿadtahum wa man ṣalaḥa min ābā’ihim wa azwājihim wa dhurriy-yātihim, innaka Antal-ʿAzīzu-l-Ḥakīm. Wa qihimu-s-sayyi’āt, wa man taqi-s-sayyi’āti yawma’idhin fa-qad raḥimtah, wa dhālika huwal-fawzul-ʿAẓīm.

Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your path, and protect them from the punishment of Hell-fire. Our Lord, admit them to the eternal gardens of Paradise which You have promised them, along with whoever was righteous from their fathers, their spouses and their children. Indeed, You, and only You, are the All-Mighty and All-Wise. Protect them from all evil deeds. You will have bestowed Your mercy on those You protect from the evil deeds on that Day: that is the greatest achievement indeed.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka mina l‑khayri kullihi, ʿājilihi wa ājilihi, mā ʿalimtu minhu wa mā lam aʿlam. Wa aʿūdhu bika mina sh‑sharri kullihi, ʿājilihi wa ājilihi, mā ʿalimtu minhu wa mā lam aʿlam. Allāhumma innī as’aluka min khayri mā sa’alaka ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka, wa aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ʿādha bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka. Allāhumma innī as’aluka l‑jannata wa mā qarraba ilaihā min qawlin aw ʿamalin, wa aʿūdhu bika mina n‑nār wa mā qarraba ilaihā min qawlin aw ʿamalin, wa as’aluka an tajʿala kulla qaḍā’in qaḍaytahū lī khayrā.

“O Allah, I ask You for all good, sooner and later, what I know of it and what I do not know. I seek refuge in You from all evil, sooner and later, what I know of it and what I do not know. O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your slave and Prophet has asked You for, and I seek refuge in You from the evil from which Your slave and Prophet sought refuge. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and for every word or deed that brings one closer to it, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire and from every word or deed that brings one closer to it. And I ask You to make every decree that You decree concerning me good.”

Allāhumma Rabba hādhihi d-daʿwati t-tāmmah, waṣ-ṣalāti l-qāʾimah, āti Muḥammadan al-wasīlata wa-l-faḍīlah, wabʿathhu maqāman maḥmūdan alladhī waʿadtah.

O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and established prayer, grant Muhammad the Wasilah and virtue, and raise him to the praised station You have promised him.
