Sahih Muslim 2202

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ … أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

Transliteration

Bismillah … a‘udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru

Say “Bismillah” three times, then seven times: I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil I feel and fear.

A Prophetic ruqyah for seeking Allah’s protection and healing from physical pain.

Taught for bodily pain, with placing the hand on the place of pain.

Place the hand on the place of pain · Say bismillah three times · Then recite the refuge wording seven times.
