Yahdeee ʹilar Rushdi faʹaamannaa bih: wa-lan nushrika bi-Rabbinaaa ʹaḥadaa.
It guides to the right course, and we have believed in it. And we will never associate with our Lord anyone.

Wa-ʹannahoo kaana rijaalum minal ʹiñsi yaʻooẓoona birijaalim minal Jinni fazaadoohum rahaq̣aa.
And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden [i.e., sin].
-
7

Wa-ʹannaa kunnaa naq̣ʻudu minhaa maq̣aaʻida lissamʻ; famañy yastamiʻil ʹaana yajid lahoo shihaabar raṣadaa.
And we used to sit therein in positions for hearing, but whoever listens now will find a burning flame lying in wait for him.

Waʹannaa laa- nadreee ʹasharrun ʹureeda bimañ fil ʹarḍi ʹam ʹaraada bihim Rabbuhum rashadaa.

-
13
Wa-ʹannaa lammaa samiʻnal Hudaaa ʹaamannaa bih. Famañy yuʹmim bi-Rabbihee falaa yakhaafu bakhsañw walaa rahaq̣aa.

14
Wa-ʹannaa minnal Muslimoona wa-minnal Q̣aasiṭoon. Faman ʹaslama faʹulaaaʹika taḥarraw rashadaa.

Wa-ʹalla-wis taq̣aamoo ʻalaṭ Ṭareeq̣ati laʹasq̣aynaahum maaaʹan g̣adaq̣aa.
And [Allāh revealed] that if they had remained straight on the way, We would have given them abundant rain [i.e., provision]
