Translation
O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god worthy of worship except You. O Allah, I seek Your protection from disbelief and poverty and I seek Your protection from the punishment of the grave. There is no god worthy of worship except You.

Background & benefit
ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Bakrah (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) heard his father repeating this supplication three times in the morning and three times in the evening. His father explained that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ supplicating with these words and loved to follow his practice. The dua combines a request for bodily well-being with protection from spiritual harm, poverty, and the punishment of the grave.
This dua teaches the believer to ask Allah for well-being in the body, hearing, and sight while also seeking protection from disbelief, poverty, and the punishment of the grave. It belongs naturally in the morning and evening adhkar because it asks for daily preservation in both worldly and spiritual matters.
Recite three times in the morning and three times in the evening.
