سُبُّوْحٌ، قُدُّوْسٌ، رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ.

Transliteration

Subbūḥun, Quddūsun, Rabbul-malā’ikati wa-r-rūḥ.

Translation

The Supremely Perfect, The Most Pure, The Lord of the Angels and the Spirit (Jibrīl).
