سُبْحَانَكَ اللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وبِحَمْدِكَ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ.

Transliteration

Subḥānaka Allāhumma Rabbanā, wa bi-ḥamdika, Allāhumma-ghfir lī.

How Perfect are You, Allah our Lord, and for You is all praise. O Allah, forgive me.
